With Six Degrees involved in the delivery of 2,100 homes in the last decade, our housing projects are driven by empathy and a commitment to place and community, with an emphasis on quality of life and physical and mental well-being. Every apartment, whether privately owned or social, is designed to provide a sense of arrival, connection to natural light and open spaces. We collaborate with landscape architects and seek to engage with Traditional Owners to ensure our buildings are more than just structures—they become integral parts of their neighbourhoods. By prioritising urban connectivity, we create places that encourage interaction and endure over time, all while remaining affordable. As we work with our clients to meet the critical demand for housing, we stay focused on delivering spaces that are functional, sustainable, and enriching for the people who live in them.
