Excited to share with you a project update that myself and the team at SHAPE Australia have been working with in conjunction with CBRE for ISPT at 255 Pitt St. We have just completed the Level 13 Spec Suite, featuring a mixture of breakout spaces, workstations, quiet rooms, meeting rooms and boardrooms. The remaining part of our works for the project will see the completion of 4 floors of warm shell works (inclusive of lift lobbies, bathrooms and 6 stair/void infills) on Levels 14-17. As well as another floor on Level 12 which includes two office fitouts, bathrooms and the lift lobby that were added to our contract through the course of the project. We're quite proud of the results and I think the photos speak for themselves, thankyou to the consultant team, our subcontractors and the CBRE / ISPT teams for your efforts. Yesterday we formally opened our new office space in Brisbane, at Central Plaza, 345 Queen St. To mark the occasion, Chief Customer and Operating Officer Brendan Dunne, and General Manager Direct David Parsons, performed the formalities, welcoming the Allianz team to their new home in Brisbane’s CBD. We were also joined by Jahmarley, who graciously included us in his yidaki performance, helping us acknowledge the traditional owners of the land, the Jagera and Turrbal people.
