“Since I joined Searchability coming up to 7 years ago, my journey has been truly amazing. Starting off in an Administrator role, my career has changed drastically which I honestly put down to the encouragement and support I receive from Martin, Dan and Olly along with everyone else in the Company. I came with no Sales experience and quickly learned that with the training and tools provided here at Searchability, no Sales experience is needed to become a successful Recruiter. I’ve been given the opportunity to progress in a new role, having had exposure to different parts of the business, I’ve been given openings to learn, and develop into a new position which has expanded my skillset and my efforts never go unnoticed. When moving into my new role as a Recruiter I was given 110 % support from my directors who constantly showed faith in myself and my decision to move into this role and didn’t once apply pressure to make the move until I felt I was ready. From the moment I stepped foot in Searchability, so many new opportunities have opened up for me and continue to do so, I can honestly say joining has been the best thing I have ever done. The training provided is fantastic, we regularly have external training providers attend the office to continue to develop our skills, not to mention the amazing Searchability Campus which runs every 8 weeks for consultants new to recruitment. As well as the training provided, we have a whole suite of tools and software’s which we have access to which enables us to be the best Recruiters we can be, from LinkedIn Licenses to Cube19, Bullhorn to Broadbean if there’s ever a new tool which you think “I’d like to use that” you will always have full support to bring on board new Technologies which you feel will add value to your role. Finally, I would just like to add Searchability have built a Company Culture like nothing I have ever experienced before. Our core Value “Be Sound” resonates with every member of Searchability and Employee Wellbeing is always a #1 priority. We’re given access to “Feel Sound Hours” and a range of events based on wellbeing topics such as “Mindset Matters, Puppy Therapy and Financial Wellbeing Advice not to mention Thursday night boxercise classes.”
