    Congratulations to the Reventon Leadership Team! 🎉 We want to congratulate the leadership team at Reventon for completing the Harvard Leadership Course (Harvard Manage Mentor). Over the past 12 months, our leadership team have been on a journey practicing and perfecting how to lead and mentor people, all thanks to the brilliant guidance of our mentor Adrian Hondros from Hondros Consulting PTY LTD.     We love a good news story for our clients! Nadia and Andrew had never invested before, and wanted to explore what options might be available to them. After coming in for a Reventon consultation, we were able to restructure and consolidate their finances, which enabled them to purchase their first investment property. We were able to secure an incredible deal for them, almost $50K under market value in a pocket of Perth we’d identified with massive growth potential.     Rents continue to surge The national median weekly rent value hit a record high in June and is $48 a week higher than at the same time a year ago. The national rent is now $634 per week,and we're seeing a trend of renters starting to favour larger dwellings. More renters are moving into larger properties together to try and reduce their overall costs. For houses, rents increased 8.4% nationally in the year to June, and this ranged from a 7.6% increase in houses with up to two bedrooms to 8.7% in larger houses with five bedrooms or more. At the same time, the pace of rent growth for one-bedroom or studio apartments has slowed from 16.8% in the year to April 2023 to 7.1% in the past 12 months. Larger rental properties are showing more resilient rent growth, despite being more expensive. This is because the average rent for a bedroom (i.e. total rent divided by number of bedrooms) is lower the more bedrooms are available in a property.

    A young teacher on a single income, Stephanie knew she needed to own property if she didn't want to be renting forever, but was struggling to afford anything in Melbourne's eastern suburbs near her school. After going to a series of auctions for old apartments that were continuously going for higher prices than her borrowing capacity, she turned to Reventon to help her out.    Zen Christofi and the team at Reventon were able to find her a three bedroom new build in Perth that she could actually afford. Stephanie was actually the very first client we got into WA, and since signing over a year ago, has seen a property uplift of more than $120,000 in value.    Since filming this video, Stephanie has completed her build and secured a tenant, with weekly rent far exceeding what she was initially quoted before the build. With the Perth market continuing to tighten, we expect her property value to keep growing.   Stephanie is now Rentvesting in a spacious house with a large garden only 8 minutes drive from work. Thanks to Reventon, she's able to live the life she wants, and also have her money working hard for her.
