14 years since Project One was established, our Founder Pip de Rohan, has decided to step down as Executive Director & Shareholder to embark on his well-earned new life chapter. For the last 2 years the Directors have been working closely with Pip to support his succession plan and ensure a smooth transition for Project One’s continued success into the future. Pip de Rohan, says “My time with Project One has been one of the most rewarding life experiences to date. The company’s success sits firmly on the shoulders of our hard-working staff, sub-contractors, suppliers and of course our clients. It makes me very proud to have been on this journey from the start and a privilege to have been part of the leadership team.
