ELECTRIFICATION OF GAS INFRASTRUCTURE Exciting times are ahead as the electrification of gas infrastructure in buildings gains momentum in Western Australia. Building owners and developers are increasingly seeking to reduce reliance on fossil fuels for space heating, domestic hot water, and steam generation for CSSDs. At Plexus Engineers, we're actively engaging with clients to navigate the feasibility and design processes. Our expertise in retro-fitting existing buildings ensures we efficiently address and overcome potential challenges. Spot the new face! We are thrilled to welcome Ewan Simpson to the Plexus team. Ewan comes to us fresh off the plane from the land of tea and EPL. A chameleon with engineering expertise across mechanical and hydraulic services, as well as excellent Revit capabilities, he's sure to be a very valuable addition to the team. He's already had his first dip in the Indian Ocean, and is looking forward to diving into a project with you soon.

It’s with immense pride that we share Daniel Wojcik, Electrical Director at Plexus Engineers, has served as a Jury Panel member for the 2024 WA Australian Institute of Architects Lighting Award. This role not only reflects our company’s dedication to architectural lighting but also highlights Daniel’s personal commitment to fostering innovation in the industry. Daniel describes his experience on the jury as enlightening and extends his heartfelt congratulations to all entrants for their exceptional designs and projects. The creativity and excellence displayed in this year’s submissions have truly set a new benchmark for architectural brilliance. Well done, Dan!!

Plexus Engineers are proud to be working with OLDFIELD KNOTT ARCHITECTS PTY LTD for the Karla Katitjin – DFES Bushfire Centre of Excellence Generator project. This is a very important building designed by the SITE Architecture Studio that is at the heart of the community when we need it most. Plexus Engineers are involved in designing the backup power systems for this significant building. Please do get in touch if you would like to learn more!

We really felt the pressure with this one! Plexus Engineers is proud to be picked by Hunt Architects to provide the Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic services design for their new office fitout. Of course, the design is fantastic, and we can't wait to see the final result!
