Last week we had our first staff engagement session where we discussed our goals and values to get ideas on how we can improve internally as well as externally in order to serve our clients better. Here’s the team mid-session before the office was taken over by post-it notes. We’re excited to put the ideas into practice going forward!

Building owners and developers are increasingly seeking to reduce reliance on fossil fuels for space heating, domestic hot water, and steam generation for CSSDs. At Plexus Engineers, we're actively engaging with clients to navigate the feasibility and design processes. Our expertise in retro-fitting existing buildings ensures we efficiently address and overcome potential challenges. Great to have you on the team guys 😃.
The Plexus Engineers family is growing and welcoming 2 new members ❤️ . Introducing Matthew Mercado, the Hydraulic Engineer who can make water flow uphill. Matthew’s joining us with a toolbox full of dreams and a hard hat ready for action. Darrell Manuel, our new BIM Manager, who’s basically the Gandalf of digital modeling. Darrell’s here to turn our blueprints into gold and ensure that every beam and brick is as precise as a Swiss watch. So, let’s roll out the red carpet and give these two a welcome that’s warmer than a hydraulic pump on overdrive 🙂. Great to have you on board guys!!
