CESR is a useful rate for issuers that are looking to offer ETH Staking funds, and for validators that are looking to engage in performance monitoring, or swaps to lock in rates and build more sustainable and less volatile business models.” Benchmarks and performance. You might be aware that the SEC opened an investigation into Ethereum. You should be aware that investigation is NOW closed. https://lnkd.in/gfa7EQrk Spot ETH ETFs are expected this year. SEC Chair, Gary Gensler told senators in a budget hearing that the applications should be finished this summer. Bloomberg analysts James Seyffart, CFA, CAIA and Eric Balchunas moved up their over/under date for the launch of Spot ETH ETFs to July 2nd. With a decent chance the SEC work to declare them effective the next week. With a caveat, naturally. Watch this space.

Australian Blockchain Week 2024. That's a wrap. Incredible work by Simon Callaghan, Amy-Rose Goodey, Kristie Dutt and Merilee L. pulling it together so smoothly. And special congratulations to Amy-Rose Goodey on the new role as Managing Director at Blockchain Australia that will be transitioning to the Digital Economy Council of Australia (DECA). Fantastic to see the usual suspects in the industry come together to celebrate 10-years of Blockchain Australia, and host a number of International partners flying into the region, to ensure no opportunity is unturned. It was Pier Two's pleasure to spend so much time with friends and partners throughout the week, and we look forward to continuing the hard work.
