This month Pattersons will be supporting DV Safe Phone. DV safe phone collects, repairs and gives free mobile phones to domestic violence survivors, through over 360 domestic Enforcement agencies, Safe houses, and hospitals. This amazing charity has placed over 2,646 phones into the hands of domestic violence victims/survivors. Nearly doubling the number of phones sent out when the organization first started. In conjunction with QBE sustainability, Pattersons will donate our older phones to assist this beautiful charity assisting domestic violence in Australia. Her contributions have not only enhanced our operations but also ensured our safety compliance and providing good corporate governance. Her new role will encompass a broad range of strategic and operational duties, focusing on developing and executing HSEQ plans and systems; and continue to improve on the quality of our HR services.

As part of Pattersons’ next growth and innovation phase, we are pleased to announce Paul Keeping has been promoted to the role of - National Operations Team Manager Paul has been a vital part of Pattersons for over five years, demonstrating exceptional expertise in operations and strategy. His contributions have significantly enhanced our service delivery and customer satisfaction. In his new role, Paul will lead a newly created National Operations Team, overseeing two National Operations Managers to better position us for future expansion. He will focus on developing and executing our national strategy, ensuring our local and national objectives are met with precision and expertise.

Pattersons is pleased to announce Rita Slewa has been promoted to the role of - VIC/TAS Operations/ National Operations Manager Rita has been a vital part of Pattersons for over three years, demonstrating unwavering commitment and exceptional skill in all aspects of our Operations department. In her new role, she will be leading operations for Victoria, Tasmania and working as part of the new National Operations Team. We are confident that Rita will excel in this new capacity, driving our national operations to new heights with a forward thinking approach and commitment to excellence.

Pattersons is very pleased to announce Timothy Clark has been promoted to the role of - General Manager - Building & Construction Tim has always demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and strong capability in managing the building team nationally. In his new role, Tim will continue to oversee all operations within the building team, ensuring our projects are consistently completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
