The merged company will be named Paragon Care Limited and will remain listed on the ASX. 🔹 David Collins will take on the role of CEO/Managing Director. 🔹 Peter Lacaze has been appointed Chairman of the ParagonCare Board. 🔹 John Walstab, the current Managing Director of ParagonCare, will stay on as Executive Director to propel our growth ambitions in Asia. 🔹 Carmen Riley, a current CH2 Director and COO, has been appointed to the ParagonCare Board and will remain in the role of COO.
