We’re thrilled to celebrate Georgia Shillington's incredible 6-year journey with us. More than just a pillar of Design, Georgia has been a true visionary, consistently sharing her wisdom and pushing our projects forward with dedication. Here are some of her favourite projects and, in her own words, why they hold a special place in her heart.

AI has been on everyone's mind and on our walls! We've been running weekly AI experiments to test the waters and encourage the herd to get creative with fun themes like "Moo Deng", "Travel posters from the future", "MET Gala" and more. It's been amazing to see how AI image generators have evolved (the hands have definitely improved). Anyone else running AI experiments?

We cancelled our Campaign Brief and Best Ads subscriptions in 2023 after we reached out to them privately about their toxic comment culture with potential constructive solutions and received a response that no action would be taken. In response, we launched Love Our Work with our friends at INNOCEAN Australia to create a culture of constructive criticism. We believe that creativity thrives with a diversity of viewpoints, but also requires a base level of respect. To everyone else who publicly spoke up and withdrew their support recently from Campaign Brief, we applaud you.

Say goodbye to fossil fuel-based plastics, an incredible milestone for our client Uluu, #seaweedforthewin #uluu #sustainablemanufacturing #creativity #climatechange
It’s official: Uluu is ready to replace plastic in existing manufacturing equipment 🙌 We recently trialled Uluu pellets made from #seaweed in industrial equipment usually used to make things out of plastic—with awesome results. These ‘made with Uluu’ trays were produced through injection moulding, the most common manufacturing method for plastic. It's a super tricky object to make, because it has a single injection point and the material needs to spread all the way to the edges of the mould. A huge thank you to our amazing partners on this project Luigi Vandi and Vincent Mathel from The University of Queensland and UQ AMPAM - Advanced Materials Processing and Manufacturing, as well as former SDI Plastics director Kulbir Dhanda, with support from Advance Queensland, Queensland Strawberries and LuvaBerry Farm 🙏 #Uluu #PlasticReplacement #SustainableManufacturing Vision: Loysh Photography
