Pantoro is a growing Australian gold producer with established and developing operations at the Norseman Gold Project. The Norseman Gold Project includes a new 1 million tonne per annum processing plant completed in September and development of multiple large open pits and underground mines. A combination of new mines, cut backs and underground mine extensions is now underway. The project is 725km East of Perth and 200km south of Kalgoorlie. Existing mine life is approaching 10 years. Paul Cmrlec enjoyed catching up with Jonathan Jackson at Proactive Investors today, providing an update on the ongoing growth at the Norseman Gold Project.
Pantoro Ltd (ASX:PNR, OTC:PNTOF) managing director Paul Cmrlec joins Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss the significant progress the company has made in the last quarter in various areas, including production, financials and development projects. During the quarter, production from the Norseman Gold Project reached 20,805 ounces, marking continued growth in both production and cash flow. By the end of the quarter, Pantoro’s cash and gold position stood at $103.9 million. After accounting for the equity raise and debt repayment, the company's cash and gold position increased by $6.7 million. Including these factors, the increase was $57.1 million. A notable achievement for the quarter was the full repayment of the Nebari term loan facility in June, amounting to $44.45 million. This repayment is expected to save Pantoro approximately $11.4 million in interest over the next three years. Pantoro Ltd (ASX:PNR, OTC:PNTOF) managing director Paul Cmrlec joins Meagan Evans in the Proactive studio to discuss the company’s plans to conduct 85,000 metres of drilling in the 2025 financial year across four key targets at the Norseman Gold Project. A further $25 million has been allocated for extending successful drilling programs. The company will focus on high-grade underground mine targets, including re-entering the Norseman Mainfield via the Bullen decline, with rehabilitation works expected in the first half of FY 2025. Pantoro aims to produce around 100,000 ounces of #gold with an ASIC of A$1,900 per ounce in FY 2025. Cmrlec highlighted the company’s strong balance sheet and operational cashflow. He noted numerous resource development opportunities, emphasising disciplined growth and efficient spending to achieve the production goals.
