🚨 DEADLINE: NEXT SUNDAY 🚨 You need to submit all of your sessions from the previous financial year by Sunday 4th August @ 11:59pm so that CCS can balance family accounts. To check you've done this, go through all of the weeks in OWNA under the Weekly Attendance Report. If any sessions have ❌ next to them, just hit the blue button to submit them. Remember, you're required by Family Assistance Law to do this on time... ⏰

We're now in a new CCS year, which means families will likely see some changes to their CCS. For a select few, this may end up going to ZERO 😱 To preempt you for these conversations if/when they pop up, here's potentially why. 1️⃣ If a family's income in the last financial year has exceeded $533,280, they will no longer be eligible for CCS. 2️⃣ The much more likely scenario is that a family hasn't confirmed their income for the 2022-23 financial year. The deadline for this was 30th June 2024. If families want to receive CCS again, they can: - Lodge a tax return for the 2022-23 financial year, OR - Declare their income directly with CentreLink Whilst they will start to receive CCS again once their income is confirmed, they may not be back-paid for the weeks they received 0% CCS.

As part of new regulations bought out by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority on July 01, we have built a function where you can restrict access to the OWNA App, Portal and HQ after certain time periods. This restriction only applies to those without "admin" access. Keep in mind, it won't prevent it by locations on the initial release. Parents are NOT affected and will continue to have access 24/7.
