Meet Chris Harnett, an AIB graduate making significant strides in the logistics and supply chain industry. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at OneStop, Chris oversees many business areas while leading a large team. Motivated by a desire to enhance his knowledge and skillset, Chris pursued an MBA with a specialisation in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at AIB. He discovered AIB’s fully online program while searching for a flexible course he could study while continuing to work. The program’s blend of theoretical learning and practical application made it the perfect fit for his career goals. Throughout his MBA, Chris gained invaluable insights into business operational concepts and leadership strategies, which he applied directly to his role at OneStop. The emphasis on leadership development helped him foster a collaborative and supportive environment, empowering his team to deliver exceptional results. "The coursework in strategic and operations management provided new frameworks for improving processes, enhancing team efficiency and performance." Reflecting on his career growth, Chris credits the learning and strategic mindset developed during his MBA for his success.
