Here's some of our Nature team who joined the Run Melbourne yesterday. With over 25k runners at the event plus family, friends and dogs, it was a minor miracle this many of us still managed to find each other for a photo at the end!   Collectively we ran over 128km and have so far raised $2,883 for our partner charity, Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre.   They are an incredible charity with an important mission to provide services and support for victim-survivors of domestic and family violence.   We wanted to give a final nudge to our final fundraising efforts: It only takes a minute to contribute, and every donation, no matter the size, will go a long way in helping us support Safe Steps and the incredible work they do.   https://lnkd.in/gvMWECTk Thanks for all your support!   #natureinsights #safesteps #bcorp #communitysupport

This Sunday, Nature will be participating in the Run Melbourne. Here's some photos of our team who will be running!   It’s become an annual tradition over the years and this year, a third of our team will be lacing up their running shoes and hitting the pavement. Whether they are seasoned runners or first-timers, they're all united by a common goal: to raise funds and run for Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre, our partner charity.   Safe Steps is the only 24/7 family violence response centre in Victoria.   A big shout out to Suzanne Paynter and Rachel Misitano who joined us from Safe Steps last weeks. They shared their mission with us around providing evidence-based support and services for victim-survivors of domestic and family violence.   Over the past 12 months, they have responded to approximately 60,000 calls and provided over 35,000 bed nights in secure crisis accommodation.   As part of our fundraising efforts for Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre, we would like to call on our community to consider making a donation to our Nature running team this Sunday.   It only takes a minute to contribute, and every donation, no matter the size, will go a long way in helping us support Safe Steps and the incredible work they do.   https://lnkd.in/gvMWECTk   #natureinsights #safesteps #bcorp #communitysupport

A very big thank you to Nature for their incredible support! 🌟 Thanks to their generous food drive, the team at Nature collected 80kg of amazing ingredients like penne pasta, chickpeas, tinned tomatoes, and rice. These staples are perfect for our chefs to create hearty casseroles, curries, and tagines, helping us extend the care and nutrition in every meal we serve to those in need. Sharon (pictured here with chef Arnel) spent her Saturday morning dropping off these vital ingredients. Thank you Nature, we look forward to welcoming you into our kitchen soon. ❤️ You can find out more about running a food drive for FareShare here: https://lnkd.in/g3D53bG8 #FoodRelief #CommunitySupport #Grateful #ThankYou #EndHunger

How accurately can we predict consumer behaviour? What if there was a way to bridge the gap between research findings and real-world outcomes? Luminate's latest article by Emma Tommasini from Nature, delves into the intersection of analytical frameworks and creativity to enhance prediction accuracy. The piece highlights the challenges of predicting behaviour and emphasises the importance of minimising the gap between research and reality. By designing experiments that mirror real-world contexts and applying behavioural economic principles, researchers can obtain more reliable insights. The article underscores the significance of applying robust analytics to refine predictions. Calibration of primary data against known benchmarks ensures more accurate estimations of future outcomes. An applied example showcased in the article demonstrates how calibration of primary data led to accurate predictions of sales for a new product. The fusion of robust analytics and creative application offers a promising approach to improving prediction accuracy, enabling better-informed decision-making. Not sure if your advertising is landing with consumers and doing the job it was built to do? Our client faced this challenge, particularly a lack of clarity around why a new execution was receiving an underwhelming response relative to the passion and excitement the advertising team had invested in it. We used normative evaluative measures and probing diagnostics to understand performance and provide our best-in-class recommendations. The outcome? An optimised TVC that delivered more strongly against its goals and a clear knowledge bank on which to build future campaigns. Want to understand how we think about advertising evaluation using system 1 and system 2 measures? Contact us: nature.com.au/talk-to-us. #mrx #natureinsights
