We recently hired Aaron Zavolokin to lead customer experience at NRN - National Renewable Network. Aaron sits at the crossroads of business, consumer insights, strategy, and technology. With a diverse background in research, analytics, customer experience strategy, solution design, project and product management, and technology transformation, he excels at turning complex challenges into practical solutions. His experience spans national and multinational companies, including working with two of Australia’s largest customer bases: Telstra and NBN. Aaron is known for effortlessly weaving clever puns into daily conversations, earning him a reputation as the new funniest person in the office (sorry, Jonathan Ablondi)*. A football fanatic, outdoor adventurer, and padel enthusiast, you'll likely find him scaling a mountain when he's not cheering on his favourite team or dominating the padel court. Meet Scott Rhodie, the driving force behind marketing and communications at NRN. With over thirty years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, and business, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge. Scott’s background is as diverse as it is impressive. He worked as a tabloid journalist in the UK for The Sun and the Scotland on Sunday. He’s also led digital communications for Australia’s National Broadband Network (NBN). A master of blending data-driven strategy with creative flair, Scott is passionate about breaking down barriers to create meaningful, personal customer interactions. Outside work, he enjoys socialising with friends, collecting whisky, building LEGO, and making Star Wars fan films. His professional expertise and playful creativity make him indispensable to the NRN team.

Meet Jonathan Ablondi, our (NRN - National Renewable Network) Software Engineer since November 2023. With a finance background and a wealth of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Jonathan enhances the NRN Portal for solar retailers, automates operations, handles third-party integrations, and ensures database integrity. His technical expertise includes MySQL, SQL, REST APIs, Firebase, PHP, Vue.js, and more. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Full-Stack Engineer at AgTechData Pty Ltd and a Development Consultant at Station Five, bringing deep knowledge of software architecture and development. Known for his sharp, sarcastic wit, Jonathan is probably the funniest person in the office. Outside work, he enjoys playing tennis and football, hiking with his young family, reading, and cooking. His combination of technical skill and humour makes him an irreplaceable part of the NRN team.

Meet Jonathan Khoo, Data Analyst at NRN - National Renewable Network since September 2023. Jonathan transitioned from accounting and finance to technology and data analytics, driven by his deep-rooted love for Mathematics and logic. Jonathan's work spans ETL pipelines, automation, and delving deep into what makes for a successful NRN solar and battery system. His expertise and know-how, coupled with his curious and thorough approach, see Jon solve various problems across the NRN organisation. His strong numeric and analytical background and skills in all things data make him one of our core tech team members. He enjoys socialising, playing video games, and meeting friends over meals outside of work. Balancing his work and gym routines, he values quick meetups with friends as his go-to activity for relaxation. Jonathan's contributions, dedication, and wicked sense of humour make him a fantastic member of the NRN team.
