Up Property approaches every project with sustainability in mind. Exhibit A: repurposing the buildings of the former Philip Morris factory to create Morris Moor. The adaptive reuse program has saved over 19 million kilos of embodied carbon. That’s the equivalent of 400 railcars full of coal, and that’s something to be proud of.
