What a fantastic evening!   A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Aussie & Kiwi Lawyers Rooftop Drinks at Madison. It was incredible to see so many legal professionals come together, share their experiences, and expand their networks—exactly what we hoped for!   At Montgomery Advisory, we take pride in fostering authentic connections and supporting lawyers in advancing their careers here in London and back home. This event was a great reminder of the energetic community we’re fostering, and we’re excited to continue helping top-tier talent find new opportunities and succeed in the UK legal market and return to Australia and New Zealand in time.   Thanks again for making the night a success! It’s with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to Rosie Allen, who is leaving Montgomery to embark on a well-deserved break. 🏝️ We’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work and dedication she’s put in, and we know she'll excel in whatever comes next. This month, we gathered the team for our usual R U OK gelato and well being check-in and took the opportunity to launch our new Weekday Wellness initiative. The brainchild of our awesome Business Support Coordinator Brittany Wagstaff, Monty Weekday Wellness offers a fun and rewarding way for our hardworking team to take a well deserved break each week for self care. Self care could be a lunchtime walk by the harbour, a 20-minute guided meditation, or even a desk clean-out… Any activity that supports the mental, social, and physical well being of our legendary team! And this is something that is deeply rooted in Montgomery's ethos. A big shout to our Sydney based Director of Legal Support Sommer Bath for her 5 year anniversary with Monty! 🥳 A consultant who is able to wear many hats given the range of roles that support legal teams in law firms and in-house environments.
