This includes crisis accommodation, food, healthcare, counselling, education, employment, and support to find a permanent home for thousands of people across the country. Karolis Sinkevicius – Project Manager Karolis recently joined Monford Group as Project Manager for our Port Hedland Solar Farm Project. Karolis brings over 6 years of project and engineering experience to Monford, coupled with a strong dedication to advancing sustainable energy solutions on a significant scale. Karolis has been instrumental in projects across Ireland, England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Australia. His extensive expertise and drive strengthen Monford's project delivery, consistently achieving excellent results under his strong leadership and commitment to safety and quality.   Oisin Madden – Project Engineer Civil Oisin is an experienced project engineer who has joined our Yuri Green Hydrogen Project team! Oisin boasts over 4 years of versatile experience across diverse sectors in Ireland and Australia, including roles in rail, residential luxury high-end apartments, concrete paving, and water infrastructure projects. With Monford, Oisin is looking forward to successfully delivering renewable energy projects, while gaining valuable and exciting experience working in this sector. Subhash R – Structural Engineer Subhash Rajashekar, a seasoned Structural Engineer with 10 years of experience, joins Monford Group to bolster our engineering and design team. Specialising in Civil Structural Design and Pre-bid Engineering, he brings extensive expertise from the renewable energy sector, industrial structures, and buildings projects across India, Australia, and Africa. Subhash aims to leverage his civil and structural engineering skills at Monford Group to contribute significantly to our projects while fostering collaboration, gaining insights into renewable energy, and driving innovation. Significant Milestone Achieved on our Port Hedland Solar Farm Project! We are thrilled to announce a major milestone has been reached on our Port Hedland Solar Farm Project. Our dedicated teams have successfully completed the piling work at the Pilbara site for our client, APA Group. With 34,016 piles now installed, this achievement marks a major step in our project delivery. Progress was made quickly thanks to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team, and we look forward to witnessing their continued successes on this project. Harnessing Innovation at SolarLab: A Milestone for Monford Group and Australia's Renewable Energy Future   I'm pleased to share that I recently had the privilege of representing Monford Group at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) SolarLab workshop in Sydney. This event was an incredible gathering of minds from industry pioneers, start-ups, EPC firms, developers, academics, researchers, energy off-takers, and finance institutions, all united by a common goal: driving cost reductions in PV deployment and tackling the specific challenges associated with utility-scale solar PV.   The discussions at SolarLab were directly aligned with Monford Group's core R&D activities, making it an invaluable platform for us to engage with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector. The opportunity to connect with such a diverse group of professionals and explore innovative solutions was immensely beneficial.   A highlight of the event was the continued support Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) is providing to innovative projects that demonstrate the potential for commercialisation across utility-scale renewable energy implementation in Australia, with a specific focus on reducing the cost of utility scale solar deployment.   Reflecting on my experience at SolarLab, I am more convinced than ever of the importance of collaboration across disciplines to achieve our renewable energy goals. We are thrilled to announce that Ciaran has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Monford Group, effective April 23rd, 2024. Ciaran has been an invaluable member of our team for nearly a decade, demonstrating exceptional expertise in commercial management. He brings over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure, resources and energy sectors and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management and a master’s degree in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster, UK. Ciaran joined Monford Group as Commercial Manager before transitioning to the role of General Manager and he was then appointed as Chief Commercial Officer in 2021. Ciaran’s journey within Monford Group reflects his dedication, leadership, and commitment to the company.
