🌟 Event Recap: Promoting MiTek Technology in Structural Design! 🌟 Recently, MiTek Vietnam orchestrated a captivating contest centered around structural design utilizing MiTek Structure software. This competition effectively brought cutting-edge technology within reach of 30 Technical major students hailing from esteemed institutions such as HCMC University of Technical Education, University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, HCMC University of Industry, HCMC Open University, and others. The event served as a platform for students to delve into hands-on applications of MiTek, empowering them to craft fundamental timber structural designs. We are elated to share that 100% of participants lauded the event as a stellar experience and are enthusiastic about disseminating their newfound knowledge. We would like to send our sincere thanks to the students for their interest and participation in the contest and especially thank the MiTek Vietnam team and our University Ambassador Team for making the program a success. Celebrating Hearts & Hands Week: A Journey of Compassion and Community Spirit <3 Last month, we united to celebrate Hearts & Hands Week at MiTek, a dedicated time for us to give back to the community through heartfelt volunteering. Throughout the week, we engaged in numerous meaningful activities, creating lasting impacts and unforgettable memories. Together, we experienced the true essence of community spirit, compassion, and the joy of making a difference. Here are some of the standout events that made Hearts & Hands Week truly special at MiTek Vietnam: •  MiTek Walk for Hope: This global event brought our team together to support the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation. • “From Hearts to Hearts” Fundraising Concert: All proceeds will be donated to Saigonchildren. • Green Station: Raised employees' awareness of environmental protection. • A Meal for You: Raised funds to provide school lunches for vulnerable children. • Donation for Thien An Elderly Nursing Home • Book & Clothing Donation: Collected books for the school library and recycled used clothes. No act is too small to make a difference in your community! MiTek Olympics 2024: A Celebration of Spirit, Unity, and Athletic Excellence The MiTek Olympics 2024 , held recently at MiTek Vietnam, was a thrilling showcase of the competitive spirit and camaraderie within our MiTek community. This annual event showcased the fiery spirit, enthusiasm, and determination of MiTek members in sports activities. With 7000 participants, members from all corners came together to engage in a variety of sports activities, embodying the values of teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship. From exhilarating races to intense matches, every moment was filled with passion and enthusiasm. The event not only highlighted the athletic prowess of our members but also emphasized the importance of unity and mutual support. As the unfolded, cheers and applause filled the air, echoing the strong sense of community that defines MiTek. MiTek Vietnam Triumphs in Epic Comeback at TTC 2024 Football Final On September 22, 2024, the final match of the Tan Thuan Corporation (TTC) 2024 Traditional Football Tournament between MiTek Vietnam and Metkraft was a thrilling encounter that culminated in an unexpected turn of events. Despite trailing 0-1 at halftime and encountering challenges in ball possession and attacking, MiTek Vietnam staged a remarkable comeback in the second half. With a tactical shift and a renewed approach, they netted two quick goals, securing a 2-1 victory. Kudos to the entire MiTek team for their outstanding performance, culminating in their well-deserved triumph and retention of the TTC championship trophy for the second consecutive year. Congratulations to the team and to Vuong Vo for being named "The Best Player" of the entire tournament. The entire team gave their best effort, played excellently, and brought home the TTC championship trophy for the second consecutive year. On October 4th, over 100 students & professors Technical majors from Ho Chi Minh City College of Construction and International University attended the MiTek Experience Day to explore job opportunities at MiTek Vietnam, exploring many career avenues waiting to be embraced in the future. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to immerse themselves in our professional and modern work environment, and discuss directly with industry-leading experts. Students had the chance to see with ongoing projects at MiTek, as well as learn about advanced technologies and workflows. This event provided valuable insights into the industry and showcased the career growth potential at MiTek. 🎵 A Beat for Every Child: "From Hearts To Hearts" Concert Recap 🎶 On September 25, 2024, the "From Hearts to Hearts" Fundraising Concert, orchestrated by the MiTek Saigon Children's Charity Council (MSCC), unfolded successfully at MiTek Vietnam, uniting nearly 200 attendees and volunteers. The MiTek Family's and Saigonchildren's hearts beat together for the first time, bringing music to the community and a flame of love to impoverished students.  What made this event truly special were the many “firsts” it achieved:  • For the first time, a band made up entirely of MiTekers was formed, playing to make a difference in society.  • For the first time, Mr. John Khoury (Vice President, representing MiTek Vietnam Leadership Team) took the stage to sing in support of children in need.  • For the first time, MiTek Vietnam and Saigonchildren shared the same musical stage. “I was extremely excited to receive an invitation to the concert from MSCC. This event was not just a company activity but a personal opportunity to contribute to a reliable organization like Saigonchildren. What impressed me the most was Saigonchildren's transparency in how they use donations to support underprivileged children, making me feel trusted and proud to be part of this noble mission,” shared Ms. Hang Do, Strategic HR Director & Deputy General Director. “MiTek and Saigonchildren have had a sustainable partnership for many years. MiTek not only provides financial support to Saigonchildren but also contributes through the dedicated efforts of its volunteers. Saigonchildren is deeply grateful for the tremendous support from MiTek’s team, who have accompanied us on the journey of bringing hope to disadvantaged children across Vietnam. We hope that in the future, this partnership will continue to grow, bringing more meaningful projects and creating even more positive impacts for the children,” shared a representative from Saigonchildren. “The concert was truly special to me. It began with soft, emotional melodies and concluded with a grand and touching performance. Everything left unforgettable memories,” said Ngoc Vo, MiTeker. MiTek Bonding Day 2024: Unforgettable Memories, Team Spirit, and Fun! MiTek Bonding Day 2024 was a remarkable event filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments, showcasing one of the greatest traditions at MiTek Vietnam. Each trip had a special theme, allowing everyone to dress up for their own identity for the Gala Dinner and create a wonderful night together. This year, we experienced amazing topics: Tropical, Retro 70-80s, Tropical Island and Red Carpet.   "This trip was a blast, offering countless opportunities to bond with others. From dancing and creating a memorable 'No Nobody' clip to enjoying a spectacular gala dinner immersed in 70s and 80s vibes, adorned in our 'OMG' outfits, every moment was truly unforgettable", Minh Bui (RHB) shared. Reflecting on the bonding trip, Yen Le (NON-OPS) said, "The experience provided us with a much-needed break from work, allowing us to relax and recharge.
