MEET THE TEAM | Kieran King We are so excited to welcome Kieran to our growing team as a Site Foreman. With 7 years in the construction industry, Kieran began his journey with a carpentry trade in rural NSW and honed his skills in Toowoomba on high-end residential projects, including two Master Builders award-winning builds. In 2023, Kieran led a crew to deliver a multimillion-dollar home in Dalby, sparking his passion for construction management. Kieran shares our values of teamwork and together with his experience and enthusiasm, he is a fantastic addition to our company. As a Site Foreman, Kieran will play a key role in co-ordinating onsite works, overseeing safety, monitoring job schedules and most importantly, ensuring our projects are delivered with real care. Early in the planning stages of our Cromwell Property Group project, we collaborated with the client to establish various targets for their new head office fitout. These included recycling, sustainability, gender diversity, and First Nations procurement targets. While we proudly met all targets, we'd like to highlight the First Nations procurement where exceptional finishes were sourced including (but not limited to) beautiful wallpaper, a striking boardroom table, and luxe occasional furniture. These key finishes significantly contributed to the overall look and feel of this remarkable multi-level office fitout, delivered in partnership with architects, Gray Puksand.
