Congratulations to Insitec Pty Ltd and its shareholder, private investment firm, Whiteoak, on the successful restructure of the company via a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) and Creditors Trust. Over a five week period, Partners and Administrators Barry Kogan and Damien Pasfield kept the business trading while conducting a public sale campaign which ultimately resulted in a successful restructure and Whiteoak’s acquisition. Insitec is an Australian prime systems integrator combining leading-edge digital capability with comprehensive knowledge of highly regulated environments. The DOCA ensured that Insitec’s workforce of 120 kept their jobs, the business was restructured and allowed for a return to unsecured creditors.
