National Science Week kicked off with a bang as Cauldron Ferm secured $4.3 million in funding from the Department of Industry, Science and Resources Industry Growth Program. 🧪 This added funding, will help Cauldron scale its hyper-fermentation technology, enhancing large-scale production for food, animal feed, and more. It reinforces the company’s commitment to advancing Australia's biomanufacturing capabilities. To feed a global population of 10 billion by 2050, food production will need to double and Main Sequence is proud to be working with Michele Stansfield and her team to make this happen sooner.
