Hotwire reposted this
In the second issue of Hotwire's B2B Marketing Brief, I write about a very common mistake I see marketers make when it comes to #ABM and #DemandGen. I encourage you to check it out along with other great articles from ROI·DNA's Juanita Baker and Hotwire Asia Pacific's Anol Bhattacharya https://lnkd.in/d7tbbs5E What are your thoughts? Are you getting ABM and Demand Gen muddled up? And is it holding you back from truly optimising either? Let me know. #B2BMarketing #ABM #ABX

Yesterday, in London, we hosted a thought provoking breakfast event on one of the most pressing issues facing communications professionals today. Featuring a panel of experts including the CEO of Full Fact, Chris Morris, the founding Editor-in-chief of WIRED UK, David Rowan, and our very own Adele Breen, we discussed how organizations can navigate the complex and often dangerous waters of #misinformation and #disinformation. Thank you to everyone who joined us - we left feeling ready to take on the challenges impacting our industry. Over the next few weeks, the team will be revealing some of biggest talking points from the discussion... watch this space. #Technology #Communications #PR

DEIB Unlocks Creativity and Fuels Innovation. Diverse teams bring fresh perspectives, fuel creativity and innovation. DEIB are not merely trends but essential components of a successful business strategy. Research from the Boston Consulting Group reveals that companies with above-average management diversity report innovation revenue that is 19% higher than those with below-average diversity (45% vs. 26%). Plus, 80% of companies plan to maintain or increase their investment in DEI initiatives - 44% are expanding current efforts or developing new initiatives. Business leaders recognize that DEIB is integral to fostering innovation, enhancing talent retention, and securing long-term competitive advantage. According to the World Economic Forum’s Global Parity Alliance Report, global spending on DEI efforts is projected to nearly double, increasing from $7.5 billion in 2020 to $15.4 billion by 2026. As we move forward, it is imperative for organizations to leverage DEIB as a strategic priority. When it comes to our own DEIB efforts, our goal is not to reach completion – we recognize the work to be done is larger than ourselves. So, our intent is our superpower. Because progress is not linear, yet our unwavering commitment to improve in these areas remains steadfastly a priority. We’re committed to taking intentional actions that reflect our values – to continue to make Hotwire a place where people feel differences are celebrated and embraced. Together, we can make a change for each other and contribute to how the entire industry progresses.
