Great turnout at the Canva office yesterday! It was fantastic to see so many enthusiastic participants. Congratulations to all the cohorts at Holberton School Australia for their hard work and achievements. A special shout-out to Natalie for doing an excellent job hosting the event.

A few months ago, I mentioned that I would be mentoring someone transitioning into Software development. I had the pleasure of meeting my mentee, Nicole Ann Gorospe in person for the first time( been working virtually) Nicole, a former registered nurse, has embarked on a new path as an aspiring software developer. In just 4 months, she has made remarkable progress through the Holberton program, mastering C, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and more. She is currently working on her first sample Airbnb project and will soon pitch her ideas for the final project at Holberton School Australia It has been fantastic mentoring Nicole, her energy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills make her a joy to work with.
