ASPIRING LEADER | Hindmarsh Yesterday was the first module of our ASPIRING LEADER program at Hindmarsh. The Aspiring Leader program is designed for individual contributors who engage with and influence stakeholders across the organisation but are not yet people leaders. By actively engaging in real-world scenarios and situations, participants will have the opportunity to apply their newfound knowledge and skills in a practical setting. This approach ensures that the transfer of learning is deeply rooted and integrated into participants' professional lives. Here's what the participants liked about the first module: 🌟 The content was engaging and useful. Rosie was able to get the whole room engaged which led to a better experience for all. 🌟 I enjoyed the push for everyone to break down their comfort barriers and present to the group. 🌟 I liked that it was a safe space to share. 🌟 It was engaging, fun and helped build my confidence. If you'd like more information on our ASPIRING LEADER program, please get in touch. #Aspiringleader #leadershipdevelopment #Leaders #organisationaldevelopment #HR #Sydney
