Last week I had the pleasure of joining Go1 colleagues from across the globe for this year’s “Summit Club”, which celebrates top performers and achievements over the past 12 months. Amazingly for me, this is the third year in a row I’ve made it whilst being with Go1, which I am particularly proud of. We spent 3 amazing days at the Powerscourt Hotel just outside of Dublin, where we also got to experience the amazing culture and history of Ireland, a country very close to my heart. 🇮🇪 We explored Dublin City, adventured around the beautiful Irish countryside, and even got to try the traditional Irish sport ‘Hurling’ (which seems pretty violent and chaotic, so right up my alley) and of course, drank quite a lot of Guiness.. One of the key themes across the few days was gratitude. This seemed prevalent professionally but even more so in a personal capacity. I'm also grateful for the openness and vulnerability shown by our leadership team - and really inspired by their vision for the next 12 months and beyond. I particularly enjoyed hearing people’s stories of the challenges they have overcome in their own lives to get to where they are now in their careers - and that was my biggest takeaway from the trip.
