This award, voted on by our technical people worldwide, recognises and honours Pallavi's remarkable contributions to supporting our clients build and maintain their social license through innovative technical social science solutions during her fourteen years at GHD. The UN Global Compact Network Australia's #UNitingBusinessLIVE conference in Sydney calls on all business leaders to turn sustainability commitments into action. Some of our takeaways so far: 1. When we make decisions, we must look through the eyes of future generations 2. Many global business leaders believe that their biggest challenges are not related to their products, services or P&L, but how to address social and geopolitical issues. We need radical collaboration to address these issues. 3. Indigenous Peoples, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, have millennia of knowledge that we can learn from to help us solve today's challenges.
