This project oversaw the transformation of an existing warehouse into a dynamic workplace tailored to meet our client's needs. The refitted office boasts a significant uplift in workpoints, collaboration zones, breakout spaces, layout enhancements, and optimised storage solutions. Working in partnership with Woods Bagot, BSE Australia, MPN Consulting, Collaborative Cost Management and Gundog Building Consulting, alongside the appointed head contractor, Fore Group, we ensured the seamless execution of the project. These projects, which encompass Holy Spirit College, Assisi Catholic College, and St Clare's Catholic Primary School, involved a combination of new build and refurbishment works, to deliver high-quality educational spaces. Generate Property Group recently marked another significant achievement with GenesisCare with the delivery of their brand new Cancer Treatment Centre in Campbelltown in partnership with Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT. The opening of the facility was celebrated with several esteemed guests including the Minister of Health and the Mayor of Campbelltown, demonstrating the importance of such a facility. Providing radiation and medical oncology treatments as well as research facilities, this centre will provide much needed care to those in the Campbelltown area.   This $54m facility is a flagship building both for GenesisCare and the healthcare industry with the design and construction targeting 6 Star Green Star. Through the dedication of the project team to achieve this goal, the project is well on its way to achieve this goal later in the year. It was a privilege to be involved in another brand new GenesisCare facility, noting its early completion meant it was able to provide much needed treatment than what was anticipated which was a wonderful note to finish on. Thank you to our client and amazing project team who contributed to the success of this project. Generate Property Group is proud to have managed the design and construction of Omnia Chambers, located at 99 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. This was a special project for Generate and the broader project team to be a part of, as Omnia Chambers is the first new chambers to launch in Sydney since Covid. Our client was striving to create a place of inclusivity, sophistication, and elegance. With this the architect, Siren Design Group, optimised the use of a corner building allowing connection to natural light and biophilia for the barrister's offices, which harmoniously spills into the core of the chambers. A wonderful design that seamlessly integrates privacy and high acoustic performance, with professionalism and transparency, celebrating unique architectural form and curated art. This 580m2 high-end barristers’ chambers fit out was completed in December 2023 on time and on budget. Generate Property Group would like to extend its gratitude to Built. and WIEHAG Timber Construction GmbH for recently hosting Director Chris Adam in Austria to get a great insight into structural timber (glulam & CLT) engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Spending time meeting the teams, touring the facilities, and visiting exemplar structural timber projects in Austria and broader Europe was a great privilege. As we see an increase in interest for these ‘non-typical’ projects in Australia, and knowing all of the great benefits they provide with regards to sustainability, occupant comfort and experience, etc, it's great to have this firsthand knowledge and strong relationships with experts in the field, that can assist us to make these projects come to life in the future. Last Friday, Generate Property Group joined forces with Fore Group for a meaningful Charity Day at FareShare as part of our #GiveBackCollective initiative. FareShare is a wonderful charity that transforms rescued, donated and homegrown foods into millions of delicious healthy meals for Australians experiencing hardship. We spent the morning in the kitchen, making, packaging and preparing nutritious meals. Together, #GiveBackCollective managed to dish up 919 meals, pack 1500 meals and prep 60kgs of vegetables for Australians in need! This experience was enjoyable and highly rewarding.
