I really enjoyed being on Galileo Ventures #podcast talking about the #gender funding gap - esp. after Lighter Capital's report (thanks Melissa Widner) which highlighted - yet again - that this is still a big issue in the #startup ecosystem. With James Alexander I talk about: * Why the gender gap persists in #venturecapital * The challenges for #female #founders * Practical tips for women raising their first round of #funding * The role of investors in supporting diverse teams and fostering inclusivity.
