Our team had the incredible opportunity to be a part of Aria Property Group annual tree-planting event. Together, we planted 10,000 trees that will grow into green corridors for wildlife, especially koalas. It was great to see everyone getting involved in this important cause, giving back to nature and making a positive impact.

We've had the pleasure of collaborating with Safari Group on multiple projects across New Zealand. In our latest project La Quinta Parnell Hotel, we brought contemporary flair to the lobby and guestrooms through a thoughtful selection of colours and textures . A big thank you to the Safari Group team for partnering on this project!
The furniture provider for our hotel rooms and lobby at the La Quinta Parnell is Furn-Niche. The assortment of colours and textures of the furniture makes the hotel look contemporary and stylish. Thanks to the Furn Niche team for producing rooms that provide comfortable spaces for visitors to relax. Book your stay here: https://lnkd.in/gv9_W22D

What an incredible experience it was for our Managing Director Jo Street, Executive Director Simone Smits, and our Designer Lisa Strutt to attend the annual Quest Apartment Hotels conference at the breathtaking Uluru. It was an event that perfectly captured the essence of what Quest stands for, GROWTH with PURPOSE. Furn-Niche has been part of the Quest family for 15 years, and their loyalty and trust with us and other long-term partners like Sealy, Programmed, and Interface speaks to the heart of the Quest brand. Their collaboration with newer social enterprises like Housing All Australians, Project Net Zero, Accessible Accommodation (The Accessible Group), and Hotels for Trees reflects a commitment to making a meaningful impact on communities and the environment. For our team, bonding with the Quest family under the wide-open desert sky, celebrating with epic performances by Ricky Lee, and witnessing an amazing drone show that told the Mala story, these are memories our team members will never forget. We are particularly proud to announce one of our latest properties, Quest Collingwood awarded as winners of Quest’s National Franchise of the year. A big congratulations to Ben Burns, Kane Robertson, Roberto Salicio & Stephanie Robertson. A big shout out to Nicole (Nic) Stockton for organising such an impressive event!

Last week, Urbanity 2024 by The Urban Developer brought together industry leaders for three days of insightful talks and great networking opportunities. We were excited to see our project, Dawn in Mermaid Beach by Mosaic Property Group, capture the interest of so many attendees. At The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence, we celebrated Aria Property Group's recognition as Development of the Year - High-Density Residential for their Upper House Brisbane project. We're proud to have contributed to this outstanding project with our beautiful furnished apartments. A special highlight for us was our Design Director, Dennis Arnold, presenting the award for Development of the Year - Build-to-Rent, Hotels, and Accommodation to Capella Sydney. Congratulations to Capella Hotels and Resorts, Make Architects, Built. & Essence Project Management. We're excited about the future of urban development!!

Cate Campbell continues to inspire with her dedication and passion. Her resilience and commitment motivate us all. We're proud to collaborate with Quest and support incredible athletes like Cate!
Our ambassador, Cate Campbell, gave it her all in the pool at Swimming Australia's Olympic Trials in Brisbane this weekend, and while Cate won’t be heading to the Olympics, the entire Quest team still has her back. 💚 💛 "It's not the fairytale ending that I hoped for, that I worked so hard for,” said Cate. “The mind was willing but the body was a little bit lacking. But that’s sport, that’s why we love it so much.” Few swimmers have been as well loved as Cate, as was proven in the incredible moments after last night’s 50 metre freestyle race when Cate’s fellow swimmers — sister Bronte Campbell included — all crossed lanes to hug and huddle around her. “It’s very hard when you exist in an elite sport where you can often be measured by what you have achieved and the medals that you’ve won, the medals that you’ve lost, and I’ve done both of those things. So, to have that moment and to be remembered, hopefully, for the person that I am and the competitor that I’ve been, is a legacy that I would like to leave in the pool.” We have no doubt that you will, Cate. Your career has been golden, your legacy is undeniable, and the Questies who came to watch you swim in Brisbane represent thousands more Questies who are so proud to support you, from the pool to the next chapter. 💫 📸 Wade J Brennan
