Having Jean-Michel Lemieux join EQL as an advisor is a pretty strong signal we are on to something here, and we couldn't be more excited about the insight JML brings. As the former CTO at Shopify he knows a thing or two about ecommerce, and as we build this passion economy around high heat launches we see the opportunity to create a new, additive sales channel - something that JML speaks about in this article. These launch moments are different to regular ecommerce, and therefore require a different approach, but we believe they go hand in hand and can work for each other.
