Our Head of Performance, Christopher Stobbs recently shared insights in AdNews Australia on indie media agencies' adoption of output-based fee structures. He believes this approach aligns with client goals, fostering transparent partnerships focused on innovative, measurable results. We are guiding our performance-based clients towards this model, centring on their needs despite the lack of a one-size-fits-all solution. Check out the full article for more on Enigma’s perspective on output-based pitching.

Our Head of Data & Technology, Antonio Panuccio, recently shared his thoughts in Mumbrella's article on Google's decision to delay the phase-out of third-party cookies. Antonio emphasised that consumers are demanding that brands continue investment, transparency, and implementation of privacy-respecting strategies and that this news shouldn’t dissuade organisations from continuing to invest in privacy-safe and signal-resilient ways of operating. Antonio also expressed hope for the ongoing development of Google's Privacy Sandbox initiative rather than letting the project simmer on the backburner. Check out the full article for more on Enigma’s perspective on the news and the future of privacy in advertising.

Justin Ladmore is out of jail! A huge thanks for all the generous donations and to all of the adland legends who were locked up last week. Enigma raised $6,225 which contributed to a total of $120,000 to raise awareness for breaking the cycle of youth incarceration. Did you know: • 8,982 young people aged 10-17 were under youth justice supervision during the year in Australia (AIHW, 2023) • Whilst First Nations people represent only 4% of Australian population, 57% of young people in detention are First Nations young people (AIHW, 2024) • Imprisoning young people causes a 'revolving door' of incarceration with 85% returning within 12 months when released from sentenced detention (AIHW, 2023) • It costs over $1 million per year, per young person in prison in NSW (NSW Parliament, 2023) https://lnkd.in/gj6fiuzn Sam Buchanan - MAICD, JP, Jessica Bray, Ori Gold, Trent McMillan, Stephen Hunt, Tiffany Damm
