We are thrilled to celebrate our Principal, Elena Zagorenko, EngExec, GAICD, CPPE, FAIPM, on her remarkable achievement of being awarded Companion status by Engineers Australia! Elena's journey is a testament to the power of passion and dedication. Despite not holding an engineering degree, Elena’s expertise accumulated from her experience and contributions to infrastructure, mining, energy, and technology have been nothing short of extraordinary. Her recognition as a Companion highlights her unwavering commitment to the #engineeringprofession and her ability to inspire and lead in the sector. Join us in congratulating Elena for this well-deserved honour! #E3Advisory #E3blueprint
I have spent the better half of my 20 years professional life explaining my degree in languages to people around me! Many people struggle to understand how someone involved in #infrustructure #mining #energy or #technology projects is not engineer🙃 With 80% of my colleagues and 90% of my friends holding engineering degrees, it’s fair to say that the #engineeringprofession has been a significant part of my life! This makes it even more pleasurable and humbling to have been awarded a #Companion status by Engineers Australia this morning! Similar to a Fellow, this status recognises individuals who live and breathe all things #engineering and contribute to the field, even without formal engineering qualifications. A big thank you to all the #engineers in my life! You truly make the world go round!

E3 Advisory had the privilege of attending the 2024 Gippsland New Energy Conference. Guy Debney, from our Melbourne office, and Derek Burrows, from our Sydney office, joined over 800 attendees in discussions on the future of energy in the region. The conference shone a spotlight on transformative offshore wind projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and more. It was fantastic to connect with industry leaders and explore how Gippsland can continue to lead in the new energy landscape. #E3Advisory #Infrastructure #GippslandEnergyConference #Sustainability #EnergyTransition #CleanEnergy
