𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 E-LAB Consulting Melbourne VIC Full time $120,000 – $135,000 per year We are looking to strengthen the Melbourne Sustainability team and are looking for candidates that are driven by delivering good design and achieving outcome focused sustainable solutions. 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:  • Deliver strategic outcome focused sustainability advice for our clients, including facilitating of workshops to set sustainability strategies. • Work collaboratively with others including internal and external teams to assist in developing a strong culture of enjoyment and excellence in the workplace. • Contribute to the growth and development of the sustainability team, including working with the Team Lead to support and mentor more junior team members. • Liaise closely and proactively with clients with leadership support to meet client needs and deliver expected outcomes. • Maintain an informed and broad understanding of sustainability issues and commercial aspects of project delivery. • Undertake and peer review environmental performance modelling, calculations and reporting both generally and to support industry environmental rating tools. • Assist with business development including involvement in industry organisations. • Assist in leading and managing sustainability projects with a strong focus on client service and resource management abilities. 𝐓𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨: • Strong personal and professional commitment to sustainability. • Have an ability to work productively and autonomously with periodic direct management, and as part of a team. • Display initiative, a curiosity to learn and strive for continuous improvement. • Demonstrate professionalism and strive to provide exceptional client service, timely deliverables and high-quality work. • Have strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in strategic business development and client engagement as well as being actively involved in industry networks. • Have Australian Citizenship or permanent working rights in Australia. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:  • 5 years of relevant local industry experience in Sustainability. • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Science, or suitably appropriate discipline. • Experience in the successful delivery of industry environmental rating tools and performance outcomes. Though you may no longer be with us in person, your legacy continues to inspire and guide us every day. His passion for friendships, innovation, his unwavering commitment to excellence, and his compassion touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
