    As the old adage (almost) goes: Team work (theoretically) makes the dream work. Except sometimes it can be a nightmare. I’m of the opinion that team work only works if you *really* get each other — which sets the stage for something we’ve been cooking up at DataSauce and Sticki for a while now. And as of last week, it’s been put into practice. 📝 Introducing: USER GUIDES 📝 Which you can think of as an instruction sheet or “how-to” manual that unpacks the inner workings of every person on our team. Like MBTIs or Enneagram types, except on steroids and tailored to our workplace. Each user guide delves into a set of questions, including: ⭐️ Your strengths and core values. ⭐️ Preferred style of comms (incl. briefs, feedback, training) ⭐️ Things at work that motivate and energise you. ⭐️ Things you find challenging that might hinder your best work. ⭐️ Do Not Disturb. How can others tell you’re in focus mode? ⭐️ Best ways to support you on rough days. More than just a silly little personality quiz, user guides are part of our commitment to better collaboration, both cross-squads and cross-agency. Because the sad reality is: I cannot read minds. I am a mediocre communicator at best (*working on this), and I struggle to grasp that people don’t always feel the way I do. But much like a cheat sheet, these make sure that when it’s time for team work, we’re coming in correct — right person, right time, right place, right words 💯 It’s recognising that all individuals operate differently, creating a space where everyone has the best odds to thrive and contribute their best. 🗣️ Special shoutout to Will Blazey, Laurence Heffernan, Siann Nutting, Shai Roitman and Bridget Stapledon for championing this. Not to be overzealous, but I already feel more seen, heard, understood and understanding 😛

    One of the most exhilarating aspects of working with influencers is how we become one degree of separation closer to some of our favourite creators ⭐ For instance, our office has had heaps of lunch-time chats about Christian Petracca’s TikTok recipes loooooong before this campaign, so a collab with him may or may not have involved some giggling and kicking of our feet. 🤝 In partnership with Dairy Farmers, this campaign centred around introducing their latest culinary innovation: the Sour Cream Squeeze Pouch. Say goodbye to chunky full-sized tubs (esp. when you only need a small amount!), and hello to sour cream in all-new, BETTER packaging. Why? Ease of use, less waste, added convenience, and no dirty spoons 🥄 Just good ol’ sour cream topped over anything you fancy. For @christianpetracca_5 (on TikTok), Dairy Farmers’ new product means levelling up his Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas 🌮 And for us?
