Some of our team recently spent the day with the SPC and Metcash team in Shepparton. They visited a local fruit grower and then toured the SPC manufacturing facility seeing first-hand how quality fresh fruit is grown, collected and canned ready for the customer. The day’s activities were a great opportunity to see SPC’s manufacturing and capabilities first-hand. They also were able to share how our Independent Grocery Field Team contribute to the growth of the category and support independent Metcash stores. Looks like they had perfect weather for their trip and learnt a lot about the products we’re representing. #Sales #Independents #Grocery #Retail Ernest Fitzgerald Peter Tait

First Coffee Hub of the year for Team NSW We wanted to share some feedback from Alberto, one of our long-standing team members in Sydney. Coffee Hubs are a regular event across the country for our teams so they can connect and feel part of the team. Team engagement is very important to us, so we’re thrilled that the team are not only enjoying but gaining from these catch ups. " We had a lovely coffee hub this morning in the Macquarie Centre. I wanted to thank Uttara and Maree for organising a coffee hub for the Northeastern Sydney Shared Team. The coffee hubs acknowledge that we often operate as individuals in field and as a part of this fantastic initiative, we are given an opportunity to meet each other, share ideas, connect, and support one another.” L-R -Maree, Sarah, Uttara from our Ops team, Alberto & Tony. Lots of laughs with great company #teamwork #merchandising #CoffeeHubs #retailmarketing #sales Peter Tait Natalie H. Nicole James

Don't miss this 1hour special Sunday week. Our work continues to accelerate, this year alone we will raise well over $20 Million. Our growing family is Curing Cancer, Changing lives.
We're grateful to partner with Channel 7 to ensure that the story of the 2023 Signature Tour team reaches communities across Australia. Each of us has our own motivation for being a part of Tour de Cure. The hills may be challenging, the distance may seem overwhelming, but there's always someone in our hearts propelling us forward. Don't miss the inspiring story of the Signature Tour team on the Channel 7 Tour de Cure Special airing Sunday, February 11, at *time change* 2pm. A big thank you to Commonwealth Bank, Lexus Australia and Santos Ltd for their support of the Special, and also to Mark Beretta OAM for his efforts in raising awareness and funds for cancer research, and for candidly sharing his personal inspiration. #CancerAwareness #CommunityImpact #Gratitude

This week we’re thrilled to announce our ninth edition of our ShopperPANEL Retail Report is available to share! In this report we reflect on the challenging year that was 2023 and its effect on consumer behaviour in Australia and delve specifically into the Australian Liquor market. The focus is on alcohol consumption trends and the factors that influence purchasing decisions among Australians aged 18 and above. To delve deeper into this topic, our latest edition of ShopperPANEL has examined data from 1,350 Australians aged 18 and above to ascertain what their current habits are when it comes to consuming alcohol, and what’s changed over the past 12 months. Our findings cover four key themes – Frequency, Category Change, Retailer Loyalty and Decision Making. Here’s a few interesting findings regarding Frequency: • Cost of living has affected the frequency of alcohol purchases. • Close to 9 in 10 respondents have reduce their frequency of purchases. • With close to 1 in 2 of all Gen Z respondents only purchasing alcohol for special occasions. This means that on shelf availability and shopability for consumers has never been more important in store. If you’d like to read the full ShopperPANEL report Liquor Edition or are looking for support instore for your brands, please click on the link below and we’ll send you a copy! https://lnkd.in/gCn4wygp Chris Wainwright Peter Tait Ernest Fitzgerald Peter Vlatko

With the start of the new year, it’s the perfect time to review our briefs and look for improvements we can out in place to support our clients and make the most out of every visit. One of our NSW Superstars Jac (M) recently spent the day out in stores with Jules (R) reviewing the upcoming activities and making sure the brief is clear and the workflow logical and efficient for the team. Leveraging our relationships with the retailer also allows us to include any suggestions from the store. Great work team! #merchandising #retail #teamwork #sales Stephen Calacouras Peter Tait
