Celebrating the Mandaean New Year! 🙌 On July 20th, CORE Community Services had the pleasure of sponsoring the Mandaean New Year event organised by the Mandaean Women’s Union. Our Service Manager for Multicultural Communities, Shama Pande, delivered a heartfelt speech highlighting our longstanding partnership with the Mandaean Women’s Union. ✨ For the past 16 years, our collaboration has helped newly arrived Mandaean women settle in the Fairfield and Liverpool LGAs, maintaining their cultural, social, and religious integrity while building a new identity in Australia. 🤝 At CORE, we believe in approaches that build social fabric, strengthen communities, and foster cohesion. Meaningful engagement with community stakeholders like the Mandaean Women’s Union is critical for building thriving communities. We take immense pride in supporting the Union’s initiatives and look forward to our continued partnership.
