    Down comes the high-clearance warehouse! Following thorough assessment and planning, Central Civil is methodically tackling the high clearance warehouse with steel #shears and other specialised #demolition plant and equipment. Sustainable waste management continues across the project with on-site crushing and building materials sorted and exported for recycling within moments from deconstruction.     A State Significant Development, the Airds Road Logistics Hub offers a modern, large-scale, high clearance warehouse and logistics facilities over a 9ha area. Early works involved the careful planning, sequencing and coordination of demolition events with asbestos and universal waste removal and included salvageable equipment being recycled and re-purposed.
