🌟 Today is R U OK? Day and this year's theme is R U OK? Any Day. R U OK? Day encourages meaningful conversations that can profoundly affect someone's life, and this year's message aligns perfectly with our introduction of the Mood Mentors program. This initiative supports Catholic Healthcare's mission to enhance the mental and spiritual health of those in our care, and the course equips our employees and volunteers with the skills to confidently check in on and listen to our residents, clients, and colleagues—any day! 📹 See how the Mood Mentors program is making a difference in the lives of those in residential aged care. #ProudToBeCHL #RUOK #AgedCare #Volunteers, Helen Fredericks, Lana Richards
