That’s a Wrap! For the first time the 2024 International Conference on Ocean Energy has successfully now been hosted in the Southern Hemisphere. The event, hosted by the Blue Economy CRC, saw delegates from across the globe meet to discuss the opportunities and developments of the expanding ocean energy sector. Carnegie featured in many presentations and discussions across the 3-day event, with a focus on both the wave energy sector but also reinforcing the ocean energy opportunity present in our home country Australia. Encouraging both the industry and policymakers in the room and beyond to not let the immense wave energy opportunity at our doorstep continue to go untapped. The conversation doesn’t stop here. The lessons shared and connections made throughout the conference continue to bolster the ever-growing ocean energy sector. #ICOE2024 #OceanEnergy #WaveEnergy #RenewableEnergy #Australia
