Luke has a consistent and successful track record in delivering executive search assignments for CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, CFOs, CMOs and Growth/Sales Executives. He has built his career, networks and strong reputation in executive search and recruitment over the past 25 years. Commencing his career in law and finance before moving into executive and specialist recruitment, Luke rose to executive leadership roles with a number of blue-chip Talent Advisory and Recruitment businesses before co-founding his first highly successful boutique executive search firm. After successfully exiting/selling his interest in that business, Luke became an enthusiastic participant in the Australian tech startup community – taking an active personal interest as an Angel Investor and Advisor to early stage and rapidly scaling businesses particularly focused on Executive Recruitment, Talent and as a Board Advisor. This ultimately led to Luke undertaking many key, high-profile executive searches and Board appointments for well-known venture-funded US and Australian technology businesses as a Partner for a technology focused boutique search firm and then for his own startup specialist executive search firm, Scale & Swing, over the past eight years.
