✨ 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙍𝙚𝙟𝙞𝙣𝙖 – 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔅 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗪𝗞? I genuinely appreciate the positive work culture at Care with Kindness (CWK). It’s inspiring to see this supportive and encouraging atmosphere present not only within our management team but also among our support workers.  𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? The most rewarding part of my job is the direct interaction I have with our participants and support workers. Seeing first hand the positive impact we make on their lives is incredibly fulfilling. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱/𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? My career path began with roles as a support worker and youth worker, which eventually led me into child protection. These experiences have been instrumental in my current role as Head of Operations at CWK. 𝗢𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼? On my days off, I love spending quality time with my family, especially enjoying moments with my niece. I also make it a point to unwind with a good book.

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of Nadine Aslan, who has embarked on an exciting new chapter in her life as she moves overseas. Nadine has been a valued and integral member of our team for nearly 3 years, playing a key role in assisting our participants and establishing our Care with Kindness CUBS team. Her dedication, sense of humour, and positive energy have left a lasting impression on all of us. While we will certainly miss Nadine's presence, we are thrilled for the incredible opportunities that await her. Introducing Care with Kindness CUBS! 👨👩👧👦 A dedicated team of support workers that are passionate about supporting children and their families. Care with Kindness CUBS supports children from the ages of 4-14 years of age and uses evidence-based practices. Now what does CWK CUBS offer? 💫 Multidisciplinary approach: Our support worker will ensure allied health strategies are implemented outside of clinic hours. 💫 We support the family and help wherever we can! 💫 CUBS children can meet one another in a comfortable environment to help increase their social skills. Can you believe we are already halfway through the year? 🤔 Every couple on months we host social events for our participants and their support workers. The reason why we do this is to tackle social isolation and loneliness amongst our participants. We noticed that many of them did not have friends nor did they attend any social events. These events are a casual place for people to hang out, participate in activities and grab a bite and social in a comfortable environment. 🤾♂️ We have been running these events for over a year now and have been a huge success.
