  • What’s next for Bradfield City Centre? Staged development will see an initial focus on growing an innovation, research and education ecosystem, supported by the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF), as well as a busy enterprise precinct.   We’re kickstarting this growth, with works already underway on the first buildings and crucial infrastructure in the city.  With the first Superlot land release also progressing to offer commercial, housing and retail amenity, Bradfield is well on its way to becoming a thriving new city that will grow alongside the Western Sydney International Airport.
