Yesterday was race day! Our dedicated crew from blueAPACHE and our technology partner, HPE Aruba Networking laced up their runners and tackled the 21.1km (half marathon) and 10km courses in support of the VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency at the 2024 Run Melbourne. It was a morning to remember (albeit a chilly one), with friendly competition and great team spirit! We had an incredible behind-the-scenes visit at the Catholic Healthcare Retirement Village on Friday, witnessing firsthand how residents' benefit from blueAPACHE's enhanced connectivity solutions delivered in partnership with HPE Aruba Networking. During our time there, we discussed with Mohammad Sela, Manager of Technology & Cloud Services, the importance of integrating the right technology, their selection criteria, and the pivotal role it plays in supporting Catholic Healthcare's mission of enriching the lives of older individuals with dignity and spirituality through connected, inclusive communities. Last Thursday, June 20th, blueAPACHE’s GM of Experience, James Bubbers, participated in his second Vinnies CEO Sleepout to support Australians in need. With temperatures dropping to 4 degrees, we are so proud of JB and all the business leaders who spent the night outside to raise funds and awareness of homelessness in our 'Lucky Country'. As Vinnies Victoria's IT Managed Services Provider and through our 'We Care' ESG Program, blueAPACHE is committed to doing good, not just doing business. This year, our #teamblue community has raised over $11,000, enabling 35 individual programs, 93 beds, and 372 meals to support those doing it tough. There's still time to support Vinnies.
