PROJECT WIN | WORKPLACE | SA BELL are thrilled to be working for Quintessential on the transformation of 100 King William Street, located within the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, SA. Our interior design team have been engaged to deliver 2000sqm of speculative suites and assist with the make good and upgrade of another 5,700sqm within the 17,800sqm office tower. These works are part of a whole of asset upgrade Quintessential are undertaking. We are excited to release our design process and look forward to providing further updates on our involvement and the project as works progress. PROJECT COMPLETION | INDUSTRIAL | WA BELL are proud to announce the completion of a new Logistics Facility for ACFS Port Logistics located within the Logos Hazelmere Estate, Hazelmere Perth. Our team worked directly with Logos and CIP Constructions to achieve Planning Consent, complete full documentation, and support the construction phase. The design was carefully considered to meet the operational needs of the tenant ACFS Port Logistics. ACFS Port Logistics is the largest privately owned Container Logistics operator in Australia. They operate from 25 sites across Australia and New Zealand with over 1500 employees. The new development will service 3rd Party Logistics, Freight of All kind and eCommerce. The facility includes 600sqm of corporate office accommodation, 15,000sqm of warehousing and a 13,000sqm of hardstand area to accommodate container storage and heavy vehicle manoeuvring. TENDER WIN | HEALTH | QLD BELL are thrilled to announce tender success on the Aegros Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Administrative Headquarters project under an international joint venture arrangement with Irish Architects NMB Architects Ltd. The $352m plasma therapeutics plant will be located in Springfield, Queensland thanks to the support of the Queensland State Governments invested in Queensland program. The consortium bid was led by LCI Consultants in collaboration with international pharmaceutical specialists NMB Architects Ltd, Process Facilities Group International and GDCL Consulting Engineers along with local partners BELL Architecture, Acor Consultants Pty Ltd, Pwna and Certis . The project has recently achieved planning consent under the direction of NMB Architects Ltd. Our Brisbane and Sydney teams look forward to commencing full documentation in collaboration and association with our international and local project partners. The project win combined with the development of international pharmaceutical specialist relationships further strengthens BELL’s expertise and ability to deliver pharmaceutical sector work across Australia. BIG news! Our beloved Unley Oval just clinched a MAJOR win as South Australian recipients of the Ken Gannon Community Football Facility Award🏆 This means we’re now in the running for the prestigious, country-wide award which recognises excellence in community football facility development at a national level. After winning the State award for SANFL community facilities last year, the Unley Oval upgrade emerged as a standout, setting the stage for our journey to the national stage. This remarkable achievement recognises the exceptional quality and impact of the upgrade to the Unley Oval Grandstand. The award was presented to Mayor Hewitson and Sturt Football Club’s President Jason Kilic by Amber Koster of the AFL over the weekend. It was the perfect way to top off Unley Oval’s grand reopening celebrations! This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our dedicated staff, collaborators, contractors, community, both state and federal governments, and the steadfast partnership of the Sturt Football Club. Today our team had the pleasure of attending a ground breaking ceremony for Haigh's Chocolates new national production, distribution and administration facility to be located within the Terre Property Nexus North Industrial Estate, Salisbury South Australia. The honourable Governor of South Australia Frances Adamson AC, Simon and Alistair Haigh and Haigh's CEO Peter Millard conducted proceedings unveiling the facilities design and business plans for the future. The new $130m facility will employ over 400 staff and allow Haigh’s to double their production capacity and enter into a new phase of significant growth and development. The facility contains 9,000m2 of production factory, 6,000m2 of distribution and online fulfilment warehousing along with 3,000m2 of staff administration and amenity facilities. Bell were engaged in 2021 by Haigh's to champion the design of the facility. We are thrilled to see construction commence and look forward to continuing our role on the project as Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Designer's through to completion in the second half of 2025. Credit to the Haigh's Chocolates and consultancy project design team on reaching this milestone - Future Urban, Rider Levett Bucknall, Alexander Symonds, WGA (Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec), Lucid Consulting Australia, Resonate Consultants, CIRQA, Cold Logic - Leaders in Industrial Refrigeration, BuildSurv. Thrilled to see construction well underway on the $31 million, 6,000m2 purpose built, high-tech, manufacturing, maintenance and administrative centre for Babcock Australia & New Zealand in Adelaide, South Australia . The facility will enhance Babcock's ability to fulfil defence support contracts across land and naval domains, including the in-service sustainment of the Collins Class submarine fleet. Additional expansion land sits in readiness for Babcock to cater for future AUKUS support. This project further strengthens and cements our defence sector capability. Congratulation's on reaching this milestone Babcock Australia & New Zealand, Commercial & General and Tandem Building Group.
