AWARD WIN | INDUSTRIAL | VIC BELL are thrilled to celebrate the award-winning Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) Dandenong South facility, VIC. Congratulations to Vaughan Constructions for taking home the Excellence in Construction for Industrial Buildings award at the Master Builders Association of Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards 2024. BELL were engaged by TMHA to provide architectural, interior design and landscape design services from concept design through to achieving planning approval. We were then novated to the successful tenderer Vaughan Constructions to complete documentation and support the construction phase. TMHA provides clients with Australia’s widest range of forklift and battery electric warehouse products. To best service the state, the Victorian Branch boasts a 17,000m2 facility, designed by BELL to offer approximately 4,000m2 of corporate office space and 13,000m2 of warehousing, including maintenance workshops, spare parts facilities, and customer service. This is the second project delivered by BELL nationally for TMHA. Victoria’s facility built on design standards set in the previously completed South Australian Branch project. The finished product has delivered enhanced and efficient operations improving TMHAs ability to store, build, repair, sell and demonstrate the operations of their technology and products to their customer base in Victoria.

PROJECT COMPLETION | INDUSTRIAL | SA BELL are thrilled to showcase the recently completed $50M LINFOX Adelaide multi-modal freight facility. We also wish to congratulate all involved for being shortlisted for an Excellence in Construction Award in this year’s Master Builders SA awards. This is the third facility BELL have delivered for LINFOX. Other facilities completed include LINFOX Willawong QLD and LINFOX Darwin NT. Our team worked directly with LINFOX to complete the design and achieve planning approval. BELL were then novated to the successful tenderer CIP Constructions through to completion of construction. The design of the 20,000-plus square metre facility was executed to store and distribute goods for LINFOX customers across grocery, consumer goods, hardware, healthcare, apparel and parcel freight. This required ambient capacity and additionally multiple temperature-controlled zones for chilled, frozen and confectionery products. Understanding Australia’s need to increase rail’s share of freight to meet future transport needs, the LINFOX development is located next to Adelaide’s interstate rail line in Regency Park. The site has capacity to move up to 450 shipping containers per week, with a direct cargo link to the adjacent rail freight terminal supporting Pacific National and Aurizon services. PROJECT WIN | HEALTH | NSW BELL are excited to share design progress on the Kingswood Medical Centre. BELL have been engaged to deliver architectural, interior design and landscape design services on the boutique development. The 3-storey private Medical Consulting Facility is located in Kingswood, Sydney NSW within close proximity to the Nepean Hospital. It will house specialist consulting suites, a roof top garden, a ground floor café, and a variety of communal facilities. The opportunity to consider roof top activation in the form of a garden and communal space and the inherent challenges of working within limited space has been met with great enthusiasm by our team. We look forward to sharing the final design outcome.

COMMUNITY | SPORT | SA BELL are proud supporters and sponsors of local community rugby and the junior state program in South Australia. We wish to congratulate Rugby Australia and Rugby Union South Australia on the successful delivery of the Southern States Championships held at West Beach in South Australia recently. Congratulations also extends to all the juniors who had the opportunity to represent their state from Northern Territory, Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia. Beyond this year’s junior state program we look forward to working with Rugby Union South Australia to support the women’s rugby program.

PROJECT WIN | WORKPLACE | SA BELL are thrilled to be working for Quintessential on the transformation of 100 King William Street, located within the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, SA. Our interior design team have been engaged to deliver 2000sqm of speculative suites and assist with the make good and upgrade of another 5,700sqm within the 17,800sqm office tower. These works are part of a whole of asset upgrade Quintessential are undertaking. We are excited to release our design process and look forward to providing further updates on our involvement and the project as works progress. PROJECT COMPLETION | INDUSTRIAL | WA BELL are proud to announce the completion of a new Logistics Facility for ACFS Port Logistics located within the Logos Hazelmere Estate, Hazelmere Perth. Our team worked directly with Logos and CIP Constructions to achieve Planning Consent, complete full documentation, and support the construction phase. The design was carefully considered to meet the operational needs of the tenant ACFS Port Logistics. ACFS Port Logistics is the largest privately owned Container Logistics operator in Australia. They operate from 25 sites across Australia and New Zealand with over 1500 employees. The new development will service 3rd Party Logistics, Freight of All kind and eCommerce. The facility includes 600sqm of corporate office accommodation, 15,000sqm of warehousing and a 13,000sqm of hardstand area to accommodate container storage and heavy vehicle manoeuvring. TENDER WIN | HEALTH | QLD BELL are thrilled to announce tender success on the Aegros Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Administrative Headquarters project under an international joint venture arrangement with Irish Architects NMB Architects Ltd. The $352m plasma therapeutics plant will be located in Springfield, Queensland thanks to the support of the Queensland State Governments invested in Queensland program. The consortium bid was led by LCI Consultants in collaboration with international pharmaceutical specialists NMB Architects Ltd, Process Facilities Group International and GDCL Consulting Engineers along with local partners BELL Architecture, Acor Consultants Pty Ltd, Pwna and Certis . The project has recently achieved planning consent under the direction of NMB Architects Ltd. Our Brisbane and Sydney teams look forward to commencing full documentation in collaboration and association with our international and local project partners. The project win combined with the development of international pharmaceutical specialist relationships further strengthens BELL’s expertise and ability to deliver pharmaceutical sector work across Australia.
