Our refugee cookbook, Flavours of Hope, is now live! From Ukraine to Sierra Leone, each recipe was handpicked by a current or former refugee to give you a taste of their culture. Inside, you’ll find delicious recipes for Vietnamese pho, Syrian sweets and more. Our Ambassador, Janine Allis, founder of Boost Juice, is making a donation every time someone downloads the book. These funds will go towards UNHCR’s life-saving work, helping people flee conflict, disaster and persecution around the world. Get your free copy of the book today: https://lnkd.in/gY9iyi-Z

Mariia and her children Anastasiia and Kyrylo are Ukrainian refugees who now call Sydney home. In this video (voiced by Anastasiia), the family shares their treasured recipe for traditional Ukrainian syrnyky, ricotta pancakes. “The food reminds us of being together as a family in Ukraine.
