Today I can announce Travis Hall has been appointed as the new National Sales Manager for Broker Distribution at AMP Bank reporting into myself and forms part of the Lending and Everyday Banking Distribution Leadership team.   In this role, Travis will lead our BDM team, nurturing relationships with brokers, aggregators, and advisers. Last week was my 24th anniversary at AMP. Over the years I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing people who I have learned a great deal from, and some who have been incredible mentors. But it's the last 9 years that have made the biggest impact on me, since co-founding The TLR Foundation.   Through being annoyingly persistent I've talked my kind and generous AMP colleagues into shaving their heads, joining our City2Surf team, and even jumping out of planes (which I will never ever do again!). They have contributed to us raising over $800,000 to help patients being treated for blood cancers and to support nurses through our scholarships. Our scholarships are perpetual, encouraging nurses to become specialists in haematology oncology care for decades to come.   I can't thank the AMP Foundation enough. They have been instrumental in TLR's success by providing grants to people like me who volunteer more than 80 hours a year, dollar-matching donations for fundraising events like the City2Surf, and awarding me with a Tomorrow Maker award to help launch our stem cell donor recruitment program.   That support continues today. For three years, AMP have organised a blanket drive to donate to our foundation.     This year, they were able to successfully donate 227 blankets, exceeding the amount from previous years!    We would like to thank AMP for their incredible generosity and support.
