September and October have been busy months, with team members attending events ranging from NYC Climate Week to the Global Conference on Sustainable Beef and Women in Agribusiness. Our team not only had opportunities to lead sessions and speak on panels, but they also gained valuable insights and takeaways from peers across the agricultural and sustainability industries. To provide a glimpse into their experiences, we sat down with a few team members to hear their perspectives on the events they attended. #NYCCliamteWeek #sustainability #agtech #GRSB #sustainablebeef

What a day! Some of the best days working for AgriWebb are those spent on the ranch, seeing our software and team in action. Yesterday, David O'Brien and I had the pleasure of spending the day with Kevin Miller and his team at Croissant Red Angus. Our goals were to ensure that his new herd manager could ask product questions and provide valuable feedback on ways we can continue improving our software. We also gave Kevin and his team the opportunity to test out our new Grazing Chart and Rotational Planner. 🎉 To make the most of our trip, Loren Brinton graciously joined us to capture photos, footage, and interviews to support some exciting projects we'll be launching soon.

Fascinating to see that McKinsey & Company's new survey of global farmers highlights productivity as the priority goal for farmers, "whether through agriculture technologies (agtech) for improving operations, biological products, or sustainable practices." They also find that this interest in productivity, along with concerns about input costs, is motivating producers to adopt more sustainable practices that reduce dependence on inputs and boost yields. Tech adoption is also increasing as producers leverage software to track new practices and impacts on their bottomline. Looking ahead, the study recommends that tech companies help producers implement and profit from sustainable practices, including through data collection and GHG reporting. This need is the key motivator underlying our sustainability programs at AgriWebb, helping producers improve their productivity and climate resilience and be paid for reduced emissions using a carbon insetting model. While this report focused on crop farmers, AgriWebb's own annual survey of grazers around the world similarly finds producers to be concerned about input prices, using technology to improve their operations, and interested in sustainable practices that can improve their businesses. I'm thrilled to announce the launch of our latest Global Farmer Insights report, in which we've focused on amplifying farmers' voices on specific topics to benefit the broader agriculture and food ecosystem. In today’s macroeconomic environment, farmers are more focused than ever on maximizing productivity and are placing a higher emphasis on the ROI of new products and services. We have hand-selected a few analyses to include in the report that we thought were intriguing and would lead to productive discussions and debates. Key highlights from the report- 1 - An increase in input prices remains farmers’ main concern, and extreme weather events have risen to the top. 2 - Economic outlook varies per region, with European and North American farmers more pessimistic about future profits 3 - Yield improvements and production efficiency are driving the adoption of sustainable farming practices 4 - Operations-focused technology continues to drive adoption 5 - Farmers around the world cite input distributors as a key influence for recommendations on soil health If you are curious to learn more from our latest article - join me for a webinar with David Fiocco, Ana Luiza Godoy Morano, and Franziska Alesso-Bendisch on Monday, 4 November from 5:00 – 6:00 pm CET / 11:00 – 12:00 pm ET ; Register here: https://lnkd.in/eHzJq-tV HUGE thanks to the team behind the research over the past several months: Ana Luiza Godoy Mokodsi Morano, Emma Galeucia, María del Carmen García de la Serrana Lozano, David Greenawalt, Nina Dhingra, Katherine Sartiano, Jan Vlček, Otto Gryschek, Franziska Alesso-Bendisch, David Fiocco, Tom Brennan, and several others!

At #AgriWebb, we believe that team growth happens not just within the walls of an office, but beyond them. That’s why our North American team recently held an offsite retreat amidst the natural beauty and wildlife of Breckenridge. We spent our time together strengthening relationships, sparking creativity, and reinforcing our shared mission: living for the farmer. We’re excited to see how the energy from this offsite will fuel our initiatives with producers and partners for the rest of the year and beyond. #Teamwork #CompanyCulture #Innovation #Leadership #TeamOffsite #Collaboration #Growth
