Practices like meditation retrain our minds to center attention on the present moment. This week is NAIDOC Week! NAIDOC Week is a time to acknowledge, celebrate, and recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It is a time for all Australians – First Nations peoples and non-indigenous – to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait cultures and histories.   Each year, NAIDOC choose a theme that aligns with current issues and concerns prevalent in the community.
